9. double enucleation;
10. no light perception in both eyes or only light perception but the light positioning allowed;
11. BILATERAL mandibular complete defect;
12. dyspnea Ⅳ, be dependent on mechanical ventilation for life;
13. 90% small bowel resection;
14. chronic renal insufficiency (uremia) 6 months life than hemodialysis maintenance therapy required.
(b) one of the following disability situation, serious organ defects or deformities, or serious dysfunction of complications, and most rely on the existence of special medical care depends, for the two:
1. severely mentally impaired;
2. after bilateral complete paralysis of cranial nerves;
3. three-limb paralysis, muscle strength grade 3 or paraplegia, hemiplegia strength two;
4. device quality of mental disorders, schizophrenia treatment by the system after the end of work, life and social skills are still almost lost;
5. double forearm missing or complete loss of hand function;
6. high limbs missing;
7. knees, ankles stiff non-functional position or function in the complete loss;
8. shoulder, elbow, hip and knee joint function in the complete loss of 4;
9. body scar total body surface area> ; 80% of the large joints of the limbs more than 4 joint dysfunction;
10. full scar and severe disfigurement;

13. bilateral maxillary defect, or bilateral mandibular complete;

19. ineffective treatment of malignant ventricular tachycardia;
20. small bowel transplantation;
21. hepatectomy g3 / 4 or bile duct injury, and severe liver damage;
22. hepatectomy in orthotopic liver transplantation;
23. cirrhosis of the liver decompensation, severe liver damage;
24. portal hypertension after liver trauma patients or triple cloth - plus (Budd-chiari) syndrome;
25. total pancreatectomy;
26. chronic renal insufficiency (renal failure stage) 6 months or more, life-long dependent on drug therapy or intermittent dialysis;
27. pneumoconiosis with pulmonary function in stage Ⅲ moderate damage, or difficulty breathing grade Ⅲ;
28. radioactive pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis more than two leaves, with moderate damage lung function or breathing difficulties grade Ⅲ;
29. no remission after treatment of acute leukemia;
30. severe aplastic anemia;
